Curtis Collectibles LLC gladly accepts personal checks, money orders, bank checks and credit cards. The credit cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. There will be a hold on all personal checks.

All Connecticut residents are subject to the appropriate sales tax rate of 6.35%.

There will be a $30.00 fee if in the event that a personal check is returned for any reason.

Curtis Collectibles LLC ships its orders via UPS Ground or postal mail,or best way, our choice in the continental USA. All orders are shipped with 100 dollars minimum or more insurance for the customers protection. For orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico we ship via USPS priority mail and all International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. We are not responsible for USPS International orders being lost or delayed after shipping your order. We will forward you a customs document number and when arriving at your country's customs, it is the customer's responsibility to pick the package up if customs is holding your package for any reason.

All sales of merchandise are final. Products shown are collectibles, not toys, recommended for collectors 14 years of age and older. All the items are brand new and inspected before they are double packed and shipped out to you to insure you do not receive a defective item and or missing or broken pieces. The images or pictures on our website are sample, factory or prototype model pictures only and may or may not be an identical match to the actual production run of trucks that get shipped out to you. However, if the customer should experience shipping damaged merchandise, the customer must contact Curtis Collectbles LLC by telephone within 7 days of receiving your order. As long as the defective merchandise is an in-stock item, Curtis Collectibles LLC will replace it at no additional cost to the customer after receiving the damaged merchandise with the original damaged shipping boxes. If the product is not an in-stock item, the customer will have the choice of choosing another in-stock item at equal or lesser value to replace the damaged merchandise. If the item that the customer chooses is higher than the original item, they must pay the difference. No credit is given if in the event that a lesser item is chosen.

All returns must be sent back to Curtis Collectibles LLC the same way it was sent to the customer (the product in the Styrofoam container, original inner box, outer brown box, and the box that Curtis Collectibles LLC used to ship the item to the customer). It is the customers financial responsibility for returning the damaged merchandise to Curtis Collectibles LLC. The customer will not be charged shipping and handling for a replacement of damaged merchandise only.

Any customer who knowingly and willingly places an order with Curtis Collectibles LLC and then cancels, returns, or refuses the order for any other reason other than shipping damage will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.

Effective immediately, any and all reversal of charges commonly known as "charge-backs," initiated by any customer, for any and all product ordered and received in which the customer claims the product is damaged, including but not limited to, beyond reason, when the final conclusion of investigation of any claims are determined to be the full negligence of the customer and NOT that of Curtis Collectibles LLC or the shipping carrier in which it utilizes: the customer shall be subject to a $500.00 legal and administration fee. Any customer who brings suit against Curtis Collectibles LLC by way of litigation regardless of the length of such litigation, as a result of their own ignorance and negligence of their own actions, shall be 100% responsible for not only their own legal fees, but the legal fees incurred by Curtis Collectibles LLC. In addition, any customer who knowingly and willingly engages in these types of acts, understands and agrees that this wrongful behavior can and will be constituted as form of vandalism and charges will be brought against him / her.

Furthermore, the customer also agrees and understands that no credit will be due to him / her as a result of their own ignorance and negligence of the improper handling and removing of contents from its respective packaging purchased from Curtis Collectibles LLC. This sub-section of Curtis Collectibles LLC Return Policy shall umbrella to include all past, present, and future orders by any customer who purchases merchandise from Curtis Collectibles LLC in any of our avenues of commerce in which we market, distribute, and sell all of our products.
